Finding real relief is personal, and we understand that no two bodies are exactly alike.

If Her Relief isn't the right fit for you, we'll do our best to make it right.

Try HerRelief in the comfort of your own home for up to 45 days from the date your order is delivered.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our support team within those 45 days, and we'll guide you through the return process.

To keep things fair for everyone, items must be:

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome by email.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

Most refunds appear within 7–12 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we'll happily send a replacement after verifying the issue.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns if the product has been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.

Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
